As we know that a certain amount of coaching sessions is necessary to work on a complex subject like stress our coaching always comprises six sessions that are booked at once.

Every coaching session has got a subject we will work on. That said when you have a situation which has priority this situation will be subject of your coaching session. As there will be additional material you will be able to work on every subject for yourself as well.

1st session: Welcome, Current stress, Introduction of the 'perfect day'

2nd session: Biographical work

3rd session: Motivational work, Behavioural change

4th session: Look into the future, Transtheoretical Model

5th session: Relapses

6th session: Outlook, Chances, tripping hazards
