Each week, you’ll receive quick (10-15 mins) step-by-step and easy-to-digest power training videos by Gudrun on the stress management subjects I have experienced, reducing your stress level well.
Masterclasses
There is a masterclass on a specific subject, such as mindfulness, decision-making, or self-care, every month.

There is a library, especially for club members, because reading reduces stress already, and getting in the flow while reading means being in the moment.

If you like to listen to podcasts before bed, you are welcome to do so. A private podcast is waiting for you.

Because exchange with others is so important, there is a community for you. Often, we think we are the only ones with this problem, but when we meet others, we realise that they have the same challenge to cope with.
